My capstone project summary

Capstone is a project required for all RCHS students. My project is to create a house where Down Syndrome children and their families can reside for some time. The house will help the parents cope with the idea of their child suffering from Down Syndrome, and they will be able to vent and share with other parents going through the same circumstances. This house will also have professionals that will help the child cope with their disorder in different way. Some include-- rehabilitation, venting sessions, and simply playing with other children. I am interested in achieving this, because I have always had a place in my heart for children and I believe that everyone deserves the same opportunities in life, regardless of the problems one may endure.
